What is Life Coaching?

You probably have heard many different definitions of life coaching.  Life Coaching in our words is guidance through life and motivation that you or your child needs to get through daily choices, decisions and goal setting. Just as a good coach in a sport will teach you skills, techniques, and strategies to be successful in the sport, we feel it is vital to have a coach do the same thing throughout life.

What is Life is a Game?

Life is a Game: Life Coaching is a company committed to guiding young people into making informed decisions, learning life skills, and building the confidence needed to achieve goals.

Who are the players?

The player depends on the game you are are playing:

Game #1: Just your child or if you are a young adult, you may choose to play alone.

Game #2: Your child and another person. This other person could be a parent, sibling, or a friend. If you are a young adult, this could be you and someone important to you.

Game #3: The players could be multiple people important in player #1's life.
